摘 要:采用盆栽试验,研究了污灌区土壤中施用菌肥(0g/盆、50g/盆、100g/盆、200g/盆)对不同品种玉米(晋单56号、长玉16号、大正2号)土壤中锌形态的影响。结果表明,施入不同用量的菌肥后土壤中的可交换态锌、碳酸盐结合态锌和铁锰氧化物结合态锌量均比对照低,有机结合态锌和残留态锌量高于相对应的对照。其中可交换态锌和碳酸盐结合态锌量在施加菌肥后差异显著(P〈0.05),降幅分别为24.66%~45.83%和31.71%~56.01%。铁锰氧化物结合态Zn量降低幅度为0.15%~31.66%,降低最大的是菌肥用量为200g/盆的晋单玉米土壤,比其对照降低了56.9%。施用菌肥后有机结合态锌量提高22.98%~154.97%,菌肥用量为50g/盆的晋单玉米土壤有机结合态锌量最高,比其对照提高154.97%。施用菌肥后残留态锌量提高3.29%~24.9%。Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different contents of bacterial fertilizer (0, 50, 100, 200 g per pot) on forms of Zn in soil of different maize varieties (Jindan56, Changyul6, Dazheng2) in waste- water irrigated area. Results showed that, compared with the control, the contents of exchangeable Zn, carbon combined Zn and the iron and manganese oxidation state Zn decreased, but the organic combination state Zn and the residual state Zn increased after application of different contents of bacterial fertilizer. The contents of ex- changeable Zn and carbon combined Zn had significant difference with the control, decreased by 24.66%- 45.83% and 31.71%-56.01% respectively. The iron and manganese oxidation state Zn decreased by 0.15%- 31.66%, and treatment of Jindan which added bacterial fertilizer of 200 g per pot decreased the most significant- ly, by 56.9%. After application of bacterial fertilizer, the content of organic combination state Zn increased by 22.98%-154.97%, and treatment ofjindan which added bacterial fertilizer of 50 g per pot had the highest con- tent, increased by 154.97%. The content of the residual state Zn increased by 3.29%-24.9% after application of bacterial fertilizer.
