摘　　要：目的分析并探讨半导体激光在治疗牙周龈下刮治后根面牙本质过敏症的疗效,寻找一种更好的治疗方法,为患者解决痛苦。方法把60例牙周病患者经龈下刮治后随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。结果实验组在即刻,治疗2周后及3个月后的总有效率高于对照组。结论半导体激光在治疗牙周龈下刮治后根面牙本质过敏症疗效可靠,治愈率高,可以尝试替代传统的药物脱敏疗法,在临床上可以推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of semiconductor laser in the treatment of periodontal basic treatment of dental hypersensitiveness efficacy,and find a better treatment method for patients with pain. Methods The 60 patients,after subgingival scaling,were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group. Results After treatment,the total efficiency of the therapeutic of the experiment group,instantly,two weeks and three months later,were higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The semiconductor laser in the treatment of periodontal basic treatment of dentin hypersensitivity effect could be reliable and have high cure,rate and could attempt the traditional drug desensitization therapy. So in clinical practice,it can be popularization and application.
