舒适护理在老年男性患者肛肠术后排尿困难应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理在老年男性患者肛肠术后排尿困难中的应用。方法选取在广东医学院附属开平医院治疗的106例男性肛肠疾病患者,按入院时间分随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组在无麻醉情况下进行导尿,实验组在老年男性患者肛肠手术毕,回病房立即在30~60 min内麻醉有效期间进行导尿术,对比两组患者在置管过程中疼痛不适程度、置管成功率,置管后耐受性,拔除尿管后排尿情况、重复置管率、尿路感染情况及对术后伤口疼痛、水肿、出血影响。结果实验组患者的置管成功率显著高于对照组,置管过程中疼痛不适程度低于对照组及耐受性显著高于对照组,拔除尿管后畅顺自行排尿高于对照组、重复置管率低于对照组,尿路感染率低于对照组。结论通过对老年男性肛肠手术患者采取预见性舒适护理措施进行无痛性导尿,降低术后并发症,减轻患者痛苦,保证手术的质量和效果,提高患者舒适度和满意度,得以在临床护理中进行推广。Objective To research the application of comfort care study in elderly male patients with anorectal postoperative dysuria.Methods Choosing 106 male patients with anorectal disease according to admission time points in the hospital were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Without anesthesia,catheterization was used in control group. In the experimental group,when elderly men anorectal surgery was completed,and got back to the ward immediately,anesthesia catheterization was used within 30 ~ 60 minutes.Pain degree of discomfort in the course of tube,the success rate of catheter,catheterization after tolerance,urination after catheter removal,repeated catheterization rate,urinary tract infection and postoperative wound pain,edema and hemorrhage of two groups were compared.Results Catheterization success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. Pain degree of catheterization discomfort was lower than the control group. Catheter removal smooth urinate was higher,repeated home pipe rate was lower,and urinary tract infection was lower. Conclusion By taking predictability comfort care measures after anorectal surgery,painless catheterization was used,postoperative complications were reduced,and the suffering of patients was alleviated to ensure the quality and effectiveness of surgery and to improve patient comfort and satisfaction. So it can be promoted in the clinical nursing.
