摘 要:针对构件式无水箱太阳能热水器,设计实验方案对其热性能进行实验研究,具体包括集热效率、保温性能和防冻性能三个方面。实验结果表明:集热器在冬季典型测试工况下综合集热效率为50.5%;集热器水温在当地温差下温降为14.34℃,其中立管底部热损失最大;在寒冷、连续无有效辐照量且不开启电伴热的情况下,系统有一定结冰可能性,在开启电伴热情况下,可使集热器系统底部保持一定的不结冰温度。Experimental scheme is designed for thermal performance of the solar water heater without water tank set. This paper analyzed the thermal performance of the water heater from three aspects, respectively is the collector efficiency, heat insulation and anti freezing performance. The experimental results show that: the thermal efficiency decreases with the amount of solar radiation increases, the heat collecting efficiency is 50.5% in the typical test conditions in the winter; the heat collector temperature drop in the local temperature is 14.34 degrees, the maximum heat loss of pipe at the bottom of the vertical; the heat collector in the case of the electric heat tracing is closed, there are some icing possibility in the encounter cold and continuously without effective exposure weather; on the contrary, if the electric heat tracing is open, you can keep the freezing temperature away in certain extreme weather in the bottom of the collector.
