摘　　要：物流外包是为企业提高物流速度、加强核心竞争力、降低物流成本的一种有效方法。在分析企业物流外包的各种风险的基础上,介绍了风险管理和风险评估基本方法,建立了企业物流外包风险控制模型,并且系统地提出了相应的物流外包风险控制策略,从而为企业物流外包决策奠定理论基础。In this paper, based on an analysis of the risk exposure in the logistics outsourcing activities of enterprises, we introduced the basic method of risk management, established the enterprise logistics outsourcing risk control model and systematically proposed the corresponding risk control strategies.
