摘  要:目的 :探讨瞬时波强(wave intensity,WI)技术在评价糖尿病前期组患者左心室收缩功能中的临床应用价值。方法 :选取我院门诊及住院患者50例,根据WHO糖尿病诊断标准,按照血糖水平分为A组(正常对照组)和B组(糖尿病前期组)各25例。用WI技术测量瞬时加速度波强(W_1)、瞬时减速度波强(W_2);用常规超声心动图测量左房收缩末内径(LAESd)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左室质量(LVM)及左室质量指数(LVMI),比较2组各指标之间的差异。结果:与A组比较,B组W_1、W_2、LVM、LVMI均增加(均P<0.05);2组LAESd、LVEDd、LVEF、LVFS差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:WI可敏感地检测出糖尿病前期患者左心室收缩功能异常变化,可作为反映心脏收缩功能的指标,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of accelerating wave intensity in assessing left ventricular systolic func-tion of patients with pre-diabetes mellitus. Methods:25 patients with pre-diabetes mellitus (group B) and 25 healthy people (group A) were enrolled in this study. Each people underwent conventional echocardiography and WI exam. The indexes of conventional echocardiography and WI including W1,W2,left atrial end-systolic diameter (LAESd),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS),left ventricular mass (LVM),left ventricular mass index (LVMI) in two groups were measured and compared. Results:Compared to group A,values of LVM,LVMI,W1 were higher in group B with significant statistical difference (all P〈0.05),however,there was no significant statistical difference in the values of LAESd、LVEDd (all P〉0.05). Conclusion:WI technique which can early assess the changes of left ventricular function in pre-diabetes mellitus patients has important clinical value.
