摘 要:舰载光电指向器对预定目标高精度的跟踪瞄准性能,对消除回转轴系的动不平衡量提出了更高的要求。文中基于影响系数法和动刚度理论,形成了一套光电指向器动平衡方法,并将理论方法与有限元计算相结合,完成了某型光电指向器俯仰轴系动平衡校核。结果表明:该方法有效可行,使得X向振动幅值降低90.87%,Z向振动幅值降低89.26%,取得了很好的平衡效果;减少了38.7%的配重质量,实现了系统减重,证明了所提方法的可行性与有效性。Requirements of eliminating the dynamic unbalance of the rotary shafting are put forward to achieve high- accuracy tracking and targeting performance of the ship borne electro-opt ical pointing device. Based on the theory of influence coefficient method and dynamic stiffness, this paper proposes a dynamic balancing method of electro-opt ical pointing device. Combining the mentioned theory with the finite element method, the dynamic balancing of electro-optical pointing device pitch shafting is accomplished. The results show that the method propositioned here is effective and feasible, which make the amplitude of displacement caused by dynamic unbalance decreased by 90.87% in x direction, 89.26% in z direction. According to the proposed method, the balancing weight is decreased by 38.7% which indicates the feasibility and effectiveness of the methods propositioned here.
