摘　　要：用于膜片弹簧铆合模具的碟形弹簧在生产过程中发生断裂失效情况,对失效的碟形弹簧进行原因分析,并提出改进措施,提高其使用寿命。To solve the failure in the production process of disk spring in riveting mold for the diaphragm spring, this paper analyzes the failure reason of the disc spring, and puts forward the improvement measures to improve the service life.
