摘　　要：以柴油加氢脱硫装置为对象,运用浙江中控设计的ECS-700系统对其进行DCS组态软件设计。首先根据现场加氢脱硫装置的特点,介绍了柴油加氢脱硫系统的工艺过程和控制方案;其次阐述了DCS设计中包括硬件组态、软件组态中的具体操作步骤;最后对工艺现场监控软件系统进行模拟仿真,仿真结果显示所设计的系统画面真实、动态效果好,能满足控制要求。Taking the diesel hydrodesulfinization unit as the object, the DCS configuration software is designed with the ECS-700 system which is controlled by thse Zhejiang SUPCON control system. Firstly the process and the control scheme are introduced according to the characteristics of this unit, desulfurization; secondly the detailed steps are elaborated including hardware and software configurations in DCS ; finally , the simulation is taken in the process monitoring software system, the results show that the designed system interfaces are true, and the dynamic effect is very good, which can meet the control requirements.
