摘 要:针对单级同心式永磁齿轮传动比及传递功率较小等问题,基于机械行星减速器差动轮系结构及其功率分流原理,提出一种级联式结构,可在较小尺寸空间内将低速大转矩的输入,转换成高速低转矩的输出;根据单级同心式永磁齿轮的运行机理,建立了将其级联起来的传动比及转矩模型,并经有限元算例证明了所建模型的正确性;对组成级联式结构的各单级永磁齿轮的转速特性及损耗特性进行了详细分析与研究,给出了减小转速波动的方法;通过优化调磁环及永磁体结构尺寸,达到了降低损耗提高效率的目的.Based on mechanical planetary differential gear train and power division principle,a cascade structure was proposed to solve the problem that transmission ratio and transmission power of a single-stage concentric permanent magnetic gear is too small. The input at a low speed and with a large torque can be converted into the output at a high speed and with a low torque in a small space by this structure. According to the operating mechanism of a single-stage concentric permanent magnetic gear,a cascaded transmission ratio and torque model was established, and the correctness of the model is proved by calculating an example using FEM. The detailed analysis and research on the speed characteristics and loss characteristics of the single stage permanent magnet gear were carried out. An approach to reduce the rotation speed fluctuation was also provided. By optimizing the structure parameters of the ferromagnetic pole-pieces and the permanent magnets,the goal of reducing the loss and improving the efficiency was achieved.
