摘  要:主缆是悬索桥受力的重要构件,主缆线形是控制结构线形的主要因素。文章以马鞍山长江公路大桥工程为例,通过设计复核主缆丝股无应力长度,保证主缆丝股的制造精度;通过监控计算,确定索鞍预偏量、基准丝股的理论绝对标高、普通丝股与基准丝股的理论相对标高、理论锚跨张力;通过几何测量和反复调整,使基准丝股、普通丝股的实际标高逼近理论标高;通过索股架设新工法,提高索股架设质量;通过高精度校正的千斤顶张拉和张拉后的监控测试及调整等措施,最终使实际架设的空缆线形逼近理论空缆线形,结构施工完成后线形和内力与设计一致。The main cable is an important member of suspension bridge force,and the main cable linearis the main factor to control the structure linear.Taking Ma'anshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge as the example,and through design review of main cable wire-strand unstressed length, this article ensured the accuracy of main cable wire-strand manufacturing; by monitoring calculations, it determined the absolute theoretical elevation for pre-bias amount of cable saddle and the benchmark wire strands,as well as the relative theoretical elevation and theoretical anchor span tension of ordinary wire strands and benchmark wire strands;through geometry measurement and repeated adjustments, the actual elevation of benchmark wire strands and ordinary wire strands became closer to the theoretical elevation;through the new construction methods for cable strand erection,it improved the wire strand erection quality;through the jack tensioning after high-precision calibration and post-tensioning monitoring test and adjustment measures,the linear of actual erected cable became closer to the theoretical cable linear, and the linear and internal force were consistent with the design after completing the structure construction.
