摘　　要：文章在阐释计划行为理论内涵的基础上,剖析计划行为理论模型的基本原理,分析影响居民公交出行的因素对行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制的作用机理,解释居民公交出行决策过程,揭示居民公交出行的基本规律。在对居民公交出行的计划行为全面分析的基础上,结合居民公交出行的行为特征,从加强政策引导、提升公共交通系统服务水平、加强宣传教育等方面提出对居民出行行为进行干预的建议,为合理引导居民优先使用公共交通工具出行提供参考。On the basis of describing the connotation of planned behavior theory,this article analyzed the basic principles of planned behavior theory model,analyzed the impact mechanisms of factors affecting the residents travel by public transport on the behavior attitudes, subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control,explained the decision-making process of residents travel by public transport,and revealed the basic law of residents travel by public transport.Based on overall analyzing the planned behavior of residents travel by public transport,and combining the behavioral characteristics of residents travel by public transport, it proposed the intervention advises for residents travel behavior from the aspects of strengthening the policy guidance,improving the public transport system service levels,and strengthening the publicity and education,etc.,thereby providing the reference for reasonably guiding the residents to use the public transport as preferred travel vehicles.
