摘　　要：提出了一套完整的运行经验(OPEX)报告定量化评估方法,从行业可靠性水平和风险重要度水平对OPEX报告进行定量化评估。风险重要度的筛选准则借鉴了RG1.174的风险可接受准则,并做了适应性调整;并通过对核电厂PSA模型的模拟计算验证整个评估方法的合理性。计算结果表明:该评估方法采用了适当的筛选准则,确保采购过程中不引入较大的风险增量并避免采购可靠性水平明显低于行业内平均水平的设备,又不过分要求设计可靠性保证大纲(D-RAP)设备可靠性,适用于核电厂OPEX报告定量评估。A comprehensive method on quantitative evaluation of operating experience （OPEX） reports in nuclear power plant is put forward from the aspect of industry reliability and risk importance. The screening criteria of risk importance is identified and then modified by referring to RG 1. 174. With PSA models, simulated calculations are performed to verify the applicability of the evaluation method. Calculation results show that by using applicable screening criteria in the evaluation method, significant risk increase would not be introduced, and the equipment whose reliability is significantly below the average level in the industry would not be purchased, while no exorbitant reliability is to be required on the design reliability assurance program （D-RAP） equipment, proving the method to be applicable in quantitative evaluation of OPEX reports in nuclear power plant.
