摘  要:分析了660 MW小旁路机组FCB工况下给水控制的难点及利用深度磨煤机RB验证FCB工况下给水控制策略的可行性;进行了高负荷工况下的深度磨煤机RB试验,对试验过程进行了详细分析,优化了相关给水控制回路,提出了FCB工况下单汽泵自动控制给水的控制策略。优化后的中、高负荷工况下深度磨煤机RB试验结果证明了控制策略优化的有效性,对同类机组FCB改造中的给水控制具有一定的指导作用。Difficulties encountered in feed water control of a under FCB conditions were analyzed, while the feasibility of using 660 MW unit with small bypass system coal mill RB test to verify the feed water control strategy under FCB conditions was studied. Deep coal mill RB tests were conducted at high loads, and the test procedure was analyzed in detail, based on which relevant feed water control loops were optimized, and subsequently a control strategy was proposed by the automatic way of single steam pump water supply under FCB conditions. The deep coal mill RB test results conducted at medium and high loads prove the optimized control strategy to be effective, which may serve as a reference for FCB feed water control retrofit of similar units.
