摘　　要：目前的检漏法都是只有当罐内油品渗漏后流到油罐基础以外,才可能采集到油品,才能检测出油罐底部是否泄漏。对于锥底立式金属油罐,其底板发生渗漏后,不设法将渗漏初期的油水聚积并引至油罐基础外部就无法检测出油罐底部的初期渗漏。根据工作实践,提出了设置油罐基础检漏层的设想。At present, the way of leakage detecting can detect the leakage of oil tank when oil flow out of the oil tank foundation, but for the cone-shape foundation of vertical oil steel tank, the baseboard appears leakage, it cannot detect the initial leakage of the bottom of oil tank, when the oil and water cannot be leaded to the out of the oil tank foundation. Thus, the conceive is proposed that it set the layer of leakage detecting of oil tank bases on the work.
