摘　　要：目的研究磷酸盐缓冲液的用量对舒巴坦对照品色谱峰的影响。方法以半峰宽、拖尾因子、理论板数及质量/面积等参数为指标,研究不同用量的磷酸盐缓冲液对舒巴坦对照品色谱峰的影响程度,从而确定合适的磷酸盐缓冲液用量。结果随着磷酸盐缓冲液用量的增加,各指标均有不同程度的下降。结论磷酸盐缓冲液的用量必须控制在合适的范围内。Objective To study the effect of the concentration of phosphate buffer on the chromatographic peak of control substance sulbactam.Method The suitable concentration was determined by investigating the effect of the concentration of phosphate buffer on the chromatographic peak on the basis of these parametres including half peak width,trailing factor,the theoretical plate number and the ratio of mass/area,etc.Result With increasing the concentration of phosphate buffer,all the parametres decreased in different degree.Conclusion The concentration of phosphate buffer should be controlled in a suitable range.
