妇科止血灵与米非司酮联用治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科止血灵联合米非司酮对更年期功能性子宫出血患者的临床疗效。方法收集2013年6月-2015年2月来我院救治的80例更年期功能性子宫出血患者,随机分为试验组与对照组。进行诊断性刮宫之后,对照组给予米非司酮治疗,试验组给予妇科止血灵联合米非司酮治疗。治疗后观察2组患者的治疗效果、出血控制住的时间、月经恢复规律的时间、激素水平的变化、子宫内膜的厚度及复发率。结果治疗3个月后试验组有效率明显高于对照组;试验组止血时间、月经恢复规律的时间均明显短于对照组;试验组患者子宫内膜明显薄于对照组;试验组复发率明显低于对照组;试验组患者的促卵泡生成素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、黄体生成素（LH）及雌二醇（E2）的水平明显低于对照组。结论妇科止血灵联合米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血患者的疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Fuke Zhixueling joint mifepristone to the paitents with climacteric dysfunctional uteriner bleeding.Methods 80 cases patients with climacteric dysfunctional uteriner bleeding were collected in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2015.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.The control group patients were given mifepristone after diagnostic curettage.The experimental group patinets were given Fuke Zhixueling joint mifepristone after diagnostic curettage.The treatment effect,the bleeding control time,the period of time,the hormone level changes,the thickness of endometrium and the recurrence rate of the 2groups after treatment were observed.Results The efficiency of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group after 3months treatment.The bleeding control time and the menstrual recovery time of the experimental group were obviously shorter than that of the control group.The thickness of endometrium of the experimental group was obviously thinner than that of the control group after 3 months treatment.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was obviously shorter than that of the control group.The FSH,P,LH and E2 level of the experimental group patients was obviously lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of Fuke Zhixueling joint mifepristone to the paitents with climacteric dysfunctional uteriner bleeding is distinct,which is worth of promoting and applying in clinical work.
