摘 要:建立了液质联用(HPLC-MS/MS)法同时测定依托立林、奥克立林、紫外吸收剂UV-1164在3%乙酸、10%乙醇、20%乙醇、50%乙醇和橄榄油5种食品模拟物中的特定迁移量。水基食品模拟物样品经≥10 000 g离心5 min,上清液转移至进样瓶中进样;橄榄油食品模拟物样品用乙腈和正庚烷振荡提取15 min后,以≥10 000 g的离心速度离心15 min,乙腈上清液转移至进样瓶中进样。用C4柱梯度洗脱分离;检测方法中串联质谱在ESI+及MRM模式下运行。在5种模拟物中,依托立林、奥克立林、紫外吸收剂UV-1164在10-200μg/L或μg/kg范围内,均具有较好的线性关系(r2≥0.999 56);20.0、50.0、160μg/kg三水平的加标回收率为95.8%-105%,相对标准偏差为0.3%-5.3%。依托立林、奥克立林、紫外吸收剂UV-1164在该方法中的定量限范围为0.2-1.8μg/kg,小于50μg/kg的限量。该方法可检测出样品中的奥克立林。A novel method for simultaneous determination of specific migration of etocrilene, octocrilene and ultraviolet absorbent UV-1164 in five types of food simulants, including 3% ethanol, 10% ethanol, 20% ethanol, 50% ethanol and olive oil, was developed by HPLC-MS/MS. The optimized extraction solvents, centrifugal time, and centrifugal speed for the olive oil simulant samples were acetonitrile and n-heptane, 15 min, and ≥10 000 g respectively. The samples from other four aqueous food simulants were directly centrifuged for 5 min at the speed of ≥10 000 g. Then the clear supernatants were transferred to autosampler vials for injection. The C4 RP-column and gradient elution mode were selected. The tandem mass spectrometer was operated in MRM and ESI mode. In 5 kinds of food simulants, etocrilene, octocrilene, UV absorber UV-1164 in 10-200 pg/L or μg/kg range, the method is proved to have good Unearity (r2≥0.999 56), the recovery of 20, 50, 160 μg/kg three level rate is 95.8%-105%, the relative standard deviation is 0.3%-5.3%. Furthermore, the quantitative limit of etocrilene, octocrylene and UV-1164 is 0.2-1.8 μg/kg, less than 50 μg/kg. This method can detect octocrilene in samples.
