摘 要:采用脱氮除磷膜生物反应器(UCT-MBR)工艺处理冀南地区市政污水,考察了不同污泥龄(SRT)条件下(SRT由10 d增加至45 d)膜池污泥溶解性微生物产物(SMP)与胞外聚合物(EPS)的分子质量(MW)分布特性对污泥可滤性的影响,并采用SPSS软件对SMP、EPS的不同分子质量组分与污泥可滤性的相关性进行了深入分析。结果表明:SMP、EPS的糖类与蛋白类组分呈双峰式分布,以MW<1 ku与>100 ku的为主,并且随着SRT的延长呈增加的趋势;SPSS相关性及偏相关分析结果显示,SMP中MW>100 ku的糖类组分(SMPc>100 ku)浓度对总修正污染指数(TMFI)的影响最大,且呈现良好的线性正相关性,可将其作为污泥可滤性的指示因子;同时SMP中MW<1 ku的糖类组分(SMP_(c<1 ku))浓度、EPS中MW>100 ku的糖类组分(EPS_(c>100 ku))浓度分别对MFI_(sol)、MFI_(ss)的影响最大,可以分别作为两者的指示因子。A University of Cape Town Membrane Bioreactor (UCT-MBR) process was used to treat municipal wastewater in southern part of Hebei Province, and the influence of molecular weight dis- tribution characteristics of soluble microbial products (SMP) and extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) on the sludge filterability under different SRT from 10 d to 45 d was investigated. In the mean- while, SPSS was utilized to analyze the correlations between molecular weight distribution of SMP and EPS and sludge filterability. The results showed that bimodal distribution of the carbohydrates and pro- teins of SMP and EPS were exhibited, and mainly in the form of 〈 1 ku and 〉 100 ku, which showed an increasing trend with SRT prolonged. The analysis results from SPSS correlation and partial correlation suggested that SMPc 〉100 ku concentration exerted the greatest impact on TMFI, and showed a good positivelinear correlation, which proved that SMPc〉10Oku could be used as the sludge filterability indicator. SMPc 〈 1 ku concentration and EPSo 〉 100 ku concentration had the greatest effects on MFIsol and MFIss, respec- tively, and both of them could be used as the corresponding indicators.
