摘 要:选取4种除藻剂(硫酸铜、蓝裸甲藻灭、三灭威、浓戊二醛)应用于A、B两个景观水体,对水体中藻类数量及叶绿素a值的测定结果显示,不同除藻剂在不同的投加量情况下,短期内均会使水体内部分藻类细胞群分解,单体细胞分散;另外,还会导致部分单体细胞的细胞壁破裂而释放出叶绿素a,当硫酸铜和三灭威的投加量在安全用量范围内时,水体中叶绿素a含量分别可增至原水的2.36和2.23倍。同时发现,除藻剂投加量与除藻效果并不成正比,不同除藻剂的除藻效果不同,若投加不当,很可能会出现相反的效果,导致藻类数量增加。Four kinds of algaecides were applied in landscape water bodies A and B. The number of algae and concentration of chlorophyll-a were measured. The results showed that some algal cells could be disintegrated, and monomer cells could be dispersed by different algaecides at different concentrations in short term. In addition, the walls of some monomer cells were ruptured to release chlorophyll-a. When the dosages of CuSO4 and Sanmiewei were in the safe range, the concentration of chlorophyll-a could be increased by 2.36 and 2.23 times compared with that without CuSO4 and Sanmiewei. The dosage of al- gaecides was not proportional to removal efficiency of algae, and different algaecides had various removal efficiencies. If the concentrations of algaecides were inappropriate, the opposite effect was likely to oc- cur, leading to increase in the number of algae.
