摘 要:采用A(未投加PAM)、B(投加PAM)两套平行的A/O—DMBR反应器处理城市生活污水,考察PAM对反应器内污泥混合液特性及膜污染的影响,并建立滤饼层阻力模型,进行模型计算值与实测值的比较分析。结果表明,A反应器在运行第14天时达到最大污泥粒径131.58μm,B反应器则在运行第12天时就达到最大污泥粒径159.09μm,B反应器中的污泥平均粒径始终大于A反应器;B反应器的混合液粘度及好氧池中EPS含量增大的幅度均比A反应器小;PAM对膜通量减小、膜阻力增大有延缓作用;滤饼层阻力模型计算结果显示,PAM可延长A/O—DMBR膜运行周期,在反应器运行前期50 h内,ΔP的模型计算值低于实测值但基本吻合。Municipal domestic sewage was treated by two parallel A/O - dynamic membrane biore- actors ( DMBR), without PAM added in reactor A, and with PAM added in reactor B, to investigate the effect of PAM on the characteristics of sludge mixed liquor and membrane fouling. The filter cake layer resistance model was built to compare and analyze the calculated value and the measured value of the model. The results showed that the maximum particle size of sludge in reactor A reached 131.58 μ on the 14th d while that in reactor B reached 159.09 μm on the 12th d. The average particle size of sludge in reactor B was bigger than that in reactor A all the time. The viscosity of mixed liquor and the increase of EPS in the aerobic zone in reactor B were less than those in reactor A. PAM could delay the decrease of the membrane flux and the increase of the membrane resistance. The calculated results of the filter cake layer resistance model showed that PAM could extend the operation cycle of A/O - DMBR. In the early 50 h of operation period, the calculated value and the measured value of the △P model were almost thesame, and after 50 h the calculated value of the AP model was lower than the measured value.
