摘 要:针对脂肪酸甲酯化废水(润滑油废水和甲酯化废水),采用混凝/高亲水疏油超滤膜法进行处理。结果表明,润滑油废水采用聚合氯化铝混凝,最佳投量为18.5 mg/L,对浊度、COD和油的去除率分别为99%以上、4.0%和33.6%;甲酯化废水采用聚合硫酸铁混凝,最佳投量为125 mg/L,对浊度、COD和油的去除率分别为97%、4.6%和10.5%。混凝出水再经高亲水疏油超滤膜处理,出水浊度<2 NTU;润滑油废水和甲酯化废水的含油量分别降至160和140 mg/L,去除率分别为58.8%和65.9%;超滤膜对COD的去除有限,去除率分别为13.9%和34.6%。Coagulation/highly hydrophilie and oleophobic ultrafiltration membrane was employed to treat wastewater from fatty acid methyl esterification including wastewater of lubricating oil and wastewater from methyl esterification. When polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC) was used as coagulant for treatment of wastewater of lubricating oil, the best dosage was 18.5 mg/L. The removal rates of tur- bidity, COD and oil by PAC coagulation were above 99%, 4.0% and 33.6%, respectively. Polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) was used for wastewater from methyl esterification, and the best dosage was 125 mg/ L. The removal rates of turbidity, COD and oil by PFS coagulation were 97% , 4.6% and 10.5%. After ultrafihration by highly hydrophilic and oleophobic membrane, turbidities of both kinds of wastewater were less than 2 NTU. The oils in wastewater of lubricating oil and wastewater from methyl esterification were decreased to 160 mg/L and 140 mg/L, respectively, and the corresponding removal rates were 58.8% and 65.9%, respectively. However, the removal of COD by ultrafiltration was limited, and the corresponding removal rates were 13.9% and 34.6%, respectively.
