摘 要:地震应急避难场所的选择和设计对震前和震后的抢险救援及灾民的安置具有重要的作用。在高烈度区的大中城市,地震应急避难场所的规划设计也是城市防震减灾规划中非常重要的工作内容。以某经济开发区为例,利用O-D矩阵理论对地震应急避难场所进行了合理选择,同时对选定的应急避难场所进行了功能设计。研究成果对城市避难场所的选择具有参考价值,对该开发区的不可预见的灾难的应急救援具有重要的实用价值。Selection and design of earthquake emergency shelters have an important role in the rescue and disaster relief before and after an earthquake . Planning and design of earthquake emergency shelter, especially in large and medium cities with bigh intensity are very important for the city's earthquake prevention and disaster reduction planning. Taking an economic development zone as an example, the O-D matrix theory was used to make a reasonable choice for the earthquake emergency shelter, meanwhile, function design of the selected emergency sheter was conducted. Research results of this paper have a reference value to the choice of emergency shelter's sites in the city, and it is of great practical value to the development zone's emergency rescue of unpredictable disasters.
