摘  要:大伙房水库输水工程有压隧洞进、出口段采用钢衬混凝土施工,由于隧洞岩壁和钢衬外延间隙很小,其间还要进行钢衬焊接、钢筋焊接、混凝土浇筑和灌浆施工等,施工难度较大。建设单位通过分析该工程的难点重点,采取科学合理的施工方法,较好完成了施工任务。本文详细论述了钢衬混凝土施工过程和方法。Steel lining concrete construction is adopted in inlet and outlet sections of pressure tunnel at water conveyance project of Dahuofang Reservoir. Since tunnel rock wall and steel lining extension gap is small, steel lining welding, steel bar welding, concrete pouring and grouting construction, etc. should be implemented during steel lining concrete construction, thereby resulting in higher construction difficulty. Construction unit adopts scientific and reasonable construction method and better completes the construction task through analyzing difficulties and keys in the project. The construction process and methods are disscussed in the paper in detail.
