摘  要:摊铺机刮板输料系统的运行机理和效率是摊铺机设计中的重要环节。摊铺物料是有一定级配的拌和散体,基于散体力学的相关理论,对刮板输料系统进行力学分析,研究其运行机理,探讨其工作效率,总结刮板系统设计中的要点,如提升角大小、比例控制的精确度和大型化设计采取的措施等,为设计和调试摊铺机输料适中系统过程中存在的不足和改进提供参考。It is an important linkage to design a scraper type feeding system for the paving machine along with its moving mechanism and operational efficiency.The purpose is to overcome work deficiency while making improvements as a reference for later comers thru design and adjustments of such a feeding mechanism as the material for pavements is a graded mixture of granular media and is based on that mechanics and relevant theories beside the lift angle size of the scraper system and the accurate proportional control,before taking measures to upgrade the machine series to larger size machine design.
