摘　　要：本文通过分析影响光电直读光谱仪检测结果的主要因素和质控分析的重要性，介绍了理化检验仪器设备质量控制的常用方法和质控分析的常用数据分析方法。通过质控分析实例，采用基于统计假设检验数据分析方法，对BrukerQ8光电直读光谱仪进行了离群数据判定、等精度测量判定、结果一致性判定等详细地质控分析。分析结果表明，该仪器设备稳定性良好，检测数据准确可靠，符合日常检验要求。The factors affecting test results of direct-reading spectrograph and the importance of analysis of quality control were analyzed. The common methods and data analysis methods on analysis of quality control in physical and chemical inspection equipment were introduced. Through the example, the quality control of the determination of outlier data, equal precision measurement and results consistency on BrukerQ8 direct-reading spectrograph were analyzed in detail,based on statistical hypothesis test. The results showed that the equipment has good stability, accurate and reliable detection data,and meets the requirements of daily inspection
