补肝汤对亚健康疲劳状态大鼠血清ALT、AST及形态学影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肝汤对亚健康疲劳状态大鼠血清ALT与AST含量及组织形态学影响。方法将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、治疗组,治疗组采用补肝汤灌胃,检测各组AST与ALT含量的变化并观察肝脏形态学变化。结果模型组大鼠血清AST、ALT影响与正常组比较差异较大(P<0.01);治疗组大鼠血清AST、ALT含量的影响明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论补肝汤可以改善亚健康疲劳状态大鼠的肝功能,具有补肝护肝的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Bugan decoction on experimental sub - health state of fatigue rats on the content of serum ALT and AST. Methods Rats were divided into normal group, model group, treatment group. Treat- ment group was given a gavage of Bugan decoction, the changes of ALT and AST and the liver morphological changes be- tween each group were observed. Results The change of the content of serum ALT and AST had obvious difference be- tween treatment group and model group（ P 〈0.01 ） ;the content of serum ALT and AST in treatment group was obviously lower than that of model group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bugan decoction can improve liver function of the experimental sub- health state of fatigue rats.
