左旋甲状腺素钠片结合真武汤加味治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察左旋甲状腺素钠片联合真武汤治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病的临床疗效。方法将80例甲状腺功能减退性心脏病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗,治疗组给予左旋甲状腺素钠片联合真武汤加减治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)明显高于对照组,甲状腺素(T4)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)明显低于对照组,同时左室射血分数(LVEF)明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素钠片联合真武汤是甲状腺功能减退性心脏病治疗中典型的中西医结合疗法,临床疗效确切,有助于改善心功能和缩短病程,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sinistral Sodium Levothyroxine tablets combined with Zhen- wu decoction in treatment of hypothyroid cardiopathy. Methods 80 cases of hypothyroid cardioputhy patients were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Control group received sinistral Sodium Levothyroxine treatment, observation group received Zhenwu decoction on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% of observation group, obviously higher than that of control group with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05 ） ; T3 （ 1.68 ＋ 0.21 ） nmol/L of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, T4 （21.25 -6.82）nmol/L and TSH （1.23 ＋ 0.26） mU/L of treatment group were significantly lower than those of con- trol group, LVEF （58.65 ＋ 6.59） % was significantly higher than that of control group, the differences were statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sodium Levothyroxine tablets combined with Zhenwu decoction is the typical integrated Chinese -western therapy in treatment of hypothyroid cardiopathy, it is effective to improve cardiac function and shorten the course, is worthy of application in clineal.
