还少胶囊对激素治疗肾病综合征的减毒增效作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察还少胶囊对激素治疗原发性肾病综合征(PNS)的减毒增效作用。方法对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片减量治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服还少胶囊。结果治疗组24h尿蛋白定量,血浆白蛋白、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应的发生率及复发率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论还少胶囊在激素治疗肾病综合征中能提高激素疗效,减轻激素副作用。Objective To observe the synergism and attenuation effect of Huanshao capsule on hormonotherapy in- terventioal treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome（PNS）. Methods Control group was given draw - back therapy of Predni- soMe Acetate tablets, treatment group was given Huanshao capsule on the basis of control group. Results The therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Urinary protein, plasma albumin, triglyceride and total cholesterolin of both groups were obviously improved（ P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence rate of adverse re- action in treatment group was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huanshao capsule can markedly improve the therapeutic efficacy and counteract the adverse reaction of hormonotherapy in patients with nephrotic syn- drome and reduce the recurrence of adverse reaction.
