摘　　要：中国甘薯加工企业正向产业化与规模化方向高速发展。依据实地调研,分析了中国甘薯加工企业的区域分布、技术创新能力、产品结构、品牌与营销等发展现状,并从经营模式、企业规模、加工设备、市场营销模式、产品研发、质量管理等方面深度分析了中国甘薯加工企业的发展特点和趋势。Sweet potato processing enterprises are developing at top speed in the direction of industrialization and scale in China. On the basis of investigation, the authors analyzed the development situation of China＇s sweet potato processing enterprises from four aspects including regional distribution, technological innovation capability, product structure and brand ＆ marketing, and analyzed in depth developmental characteristics and trends of China＇s sweet potato processing enterprises focusing on management mode, enterprise scale, processing equipment, marketing mode, product development, quality management and other aspects.
