地方政府应对群体性事件的策略分析

摘　　要：近年来,国内各地群体性事件高发频发,给社会的和谐稳定带来巨大冲击。对此,各地方政府负有不可推却的责任,但由于地方政府在角色定位、服务意识、危机预警机制构建等方面存在着问题,治理效果并不理想。为此,文章从构建社会主义和谐社会的大局出发,提出地方政府需要面对的不足和缺陷,强化行政责任追究、改变考核方式、完善预警机制并更多地关注民生,从而对群体性事件早处置、快处置,有效规避其不良影响。Recently, there are more mass incidents in China, which brings great threats to social harmony and stability. Local governments should make improvement in terms of role orientation, service awareness, and early warning mechanism. The main problems that local governments should solve are pointed out. it is suggested to strengthen administrative responsibility, change the evaluation method, and improve the early warning mechanism. Local governments should pay more attention to people＇s livelihood and avoid the negative effect with fast and efficient treatment.
