摘　　要：介绍了由太钢开发的一种新型焦炉烘炉技术,其核心在于烘炉烧嘴及其控制系统。该技术采用正压操作,以燃气燃烧后的热废气为热源,具有单独控制燃烧室温度、对炉墙无高温烧毁等特点。介绍了烘炉升温曲线的制定过程,归纳了炉体膨胀调节及炉体热态维护等方法,分析了烘炉升温、炉体膨胀与烘炉计划的契合程度。应用该项技术,顺利完成了太钢7.63 m焦炉烘炉。This paper introduces a new coke oven heating-up technology developed by TISCO. With heating-up burner and its control system as the core, this technology uses the hot waste gas produced by fuel combustion as heating source with positive pressure operation. The chamber temperature can be controlled Also, this paper elaborates the making process for temperature-rising separately, with no burning flame on the fumace wall. curve and furnace temperature control approach, and summarizes the methods of furnace body expansion adjustment and hot state maintenance. Furthermore, it analyses the fit of the heating-up plan with the coke oven heating-up and furnace body expansion. TISCO has achieved the heating up of two 7.63 m coke ovens with the application of this technology successfully.
