脉通方联合硫辛酸治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的近期和远期疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨脉通方联合硫辛酸治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)近远期疗效。方法选择收治的老年DPN患者126例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组63例。2组患者均给予控制饮食、降糖降压等基础治疗,对照组加用硫辛酸治疗,研究组加用中药脉通方联合硫辛酸治疗,评价近远期治疗效果。结果研究组近期和远期总有效率分别为93.65%和92.06%,明显高于对照组的77.78%和71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后和随访1年时,研究组患者的运动神经、感觉神经传导速度明显快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);疗程结束后和随访1年时,研究组患者症状TSS评分、疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论脉通方联合硫辛酸治疗老年DPN可以获得更理想的近期和远期疗效。Objective To observe the shorter- term and long- term curative effects of Maitong recipe combined with thioctic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN） in elderly patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-six elderly patient with DPN who were admitted and treated in our hospitals were divided into research group and control group by using random digits table,with 53 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were treated by controlling diet,hypoglycemic and antihypertensive drugs,moreover,the patients in control group were given thioctic acid,however,the patients in research group were given Maitong recipe. After treatment,the shorter- term and long-term curative effects were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The shorter- term and long-term total effective rates in research group were 93. 65%,92. 06%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those（ 77. 78%,71. 43%） in control group（ P 0. 05）. At the end of treatment course and after 1-year follow-up,the conduction velocity of motor nerve and sensory nerve in research group was significantly faster than that in control group（ P 0. 05 or 0. 01）,furthermore,the TSS scores of symptoms and VAS scores of pain in research group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P 0. 05 or 0. 01）. Conclusion The Maitong recipe combined with thioctic acid in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in elderly patients can obtain more ideal shorter-term and long-term curative effects.
