摘　　要：目的：研究GLP-1在2型糖尿病患者血清中的水平变化与疾病发生、发展的关系。方法：采用ELISA法检测36例2型糖尿病患者和33例健康对照者血清中GLP-1浓度。结果：2型糖尿病患者血清中GLP-1浓度水平明显低于健康对照者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：血清GLP-1浓度与2型糖尿病发生有一定的相关性，为2型糖尿病的诊断与预防提供了新线索。Objective： To investigate the changes of serum GLP-1 level in the pathologic process of type 2 diabetes. Methods： Serum levels of GLP-1 of 36 patients with type 2 diabetes and 33 healthy controls were detected by ELISA, Results： Serum levels of GLP-1 in type 2 diabetes patients were statistically lower than that in healthy controls （P〈0.05） .Conclusions： Serum GLP-1 might be involved in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and would be a prevention or therapy target in the development of type 2 diabetes.
