摘 要:目的:分析手足口病病原谱变化,为防控提供科学依据。方法:自2015年1月至12月采集山东省枣庄市妇幼保健院临床诊断为手足口病病例的咽拭予进行其他型、EV71、CoxA16等肠道病毒核酸检测。结果:900例被检测患儿中868例为肠道病毒阳性,阳性率为96.44%,其中其他型肠道病毒感染率最高,占67.44%。EV71、CoxA16检出率分别为:18.78%,10.22%。肠道病毒阳性病例主要集中在5岁以下儿童,占98.22%。结论:2015年5-6月为枣庄市手足口病高发时间,引起手足口病的主要病原是其他型别肠道病毒。Objective. To investigate the etiological characteristics of hand--foot--mouth disease (HFMD) in Zaozhuang region so as to provide scientific evidence for HFMD prevention and control.Methods: From January 2015 to December, pharyngeal swab specimens from the patients with HEMD in Maternal and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang were scheduled to analyze intestinal virus types, such as EV71, CoxA16 and other types.Results: Among 900 HFMD cases, 868 (96.44%) were positive for enterovirus RNA, of which 67.44% were positive for other enterovirus. 18.78% positive for EV71, 10.22% positive for CoxA16. 98.22% of HFMD cases were children aged less than 5 years old.Conclusion: The prevalance of HFMD occurred between May and June in 2015. The main pathogen of HFMD is other types of intestinal virus.
