从肾肝脾三脏论治高催乳素血症浅析

摘　　要：高催乳素血症(HPRL)是妇科临床常见病和疑难杂症,严重影响妇女的生殖健康。文中从HPRL与肾肝脾三脏的相关性来浅述其中医病因病机及辨证论治思路。认为HPRL的发病主要与肾肝脾三脏功能失调、冲任损伤密切相关,治疗上当兼顾肾肝脾三脏,以疏肝理气、补肾健脾、祛瘀化痰为法,方药选用经验方仙麦芍甘汤,配合中医周期疗法及艾灸,切中病机,疗效肯定,值得推广。Hyperprolactinemia is a common and complex diseases of Gynecology serious impact on women＇s reproductive health. This paper aims to a brief analysis of HPRL＇s etiology and pathogenesis, thinking of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine which is from the HPRL with kidney liver and spleen three Zang correlation. We believe that HPRLg occurrence is closely related to dysfunction of kidney liver and spleen three Zang, injury of Chong Vessel and Ren Vessel. In the treatment of we must give consideration kidney liver and spleen three Zang, base on the therapy of ＂ShuGanLiQi, BuShenJianPi, QuYuHua- Tan＂ and use the prescription of XianMaiShaoGanTang, match up Cycle therapy with Chinese traditional medicine and moxibustion . These ways are on HPRL＇s pathogenesis, more effective, worthy of promotion.
