摘　　要：随着我国PVC生产工艺的日益成熟、产能已严重过剩，国内各大PVC企业为谋求生存之路，优化工艺、狠抓成本已成为势在必行的唯一探索路径。并且伴随着新的安全生产法、环保法的颁布实施，彻底改变企业命运的措施就是革新、改造、节能减排等各项措施的拓展和实施。本文介绍了30万吨／年PVC项目中，VCM装置中低压蒸汽冷凝液回收利用的技术改造和实施效果。With the developed of process and serious excess of the production capacity of PVC, the only surviving way of PVC plant is to optimize the process and pay close attention to the cost in domestic PVC enterprises. And along with the prom- ulgation and implementation of the new ＂Work Safety Law＂ and ＂Environment Protection Law＂ , the measures of complete change the fate of PVC plant is to expand and implementation the several measure, for instance, reform, transformation, ener- gy-saving emission reduetiom This paper introduces the technical reform and implementation effect of low pressure steam condensate recovery and utilization of VCM device in 300kt / a PVC project.
