摘 要:将同位网格引入熔炼模拟,在对感应电炉物理模型进行简化的基础上,建立描述其物理过程的数学模型,进行了感应加热温度场的数值模拟;同时采用有限体积法求解机械搅拌过程中的流动场,分析了金属熔体在搅拌过程中流动行为的特点和温度分布。模拟结果表明,感应熔炼从四周边缘开始熔化,熔化结束后存在热节点,而机械搅拌能大大加速温度均匀化过程。Collocated grids were introduced melting model design.Based on the simplified physical model of induction furnace,mathematical model to describe the physical process was established,and the simulated results of the temperature field in induction heating were presented.Finite volume method was used to solve flow field of mechanical stirring process,meanwhile,the flow behavior and temperature distribution were analyzed.The simulated results reveal that induction heating begins at the peripheries where hot spot can be formed possible after melting,and mechanical stirring can promote greatly temperature homogenization.
