摘　　要：用Pro/E软件对连接套零件及浇注系统进行三维建模,选取一组初始工艺参数,采用ProCAST软件分别对带有两种不同浇注系统的连接套三维模型进行网格划分、模拟充型及凝固过程模拟,预测铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷可能出现的位置,据此确定浇注系统位置。3D model of the connected sleeve with gating system was established by Pro/E software.Through selecting a set of parameters,separately meshing the connected sleeve with two different gating system of 3D model,the possible locations of shrinkage cavity were predicted effectively during the filling and solidification process.According to the simulated results,the location of gating system was presented.
