高校学生工作中“民主集中制”的意义、存在问题与实现路径

摘　　要："民主集中制"是政治生活所遵循的一项基本制度和原则,在高校学生工作中这一原则也普遍得到运用。马克思主义经典作家认为,"民主集中制"是要坚持党的领导、坚持人民和群众主体的地位、坚持"民主"与"集中"的结合。在高校党团建设、评奖推优以及舆情监管等领域,"民主集中制"遭遇青年人们认知碎片化、诉求情绪化、行为逻辑"单子化"等危机的冲击。推进新时期高校学生工作"民主集中制"模式需要实现路径转换。＂ democratic centralism＂ is the political life follows a basic system and principles, in the student work in Colleges and universities. This principle everywhere. In the Marxist classical writers, the ＂democratic cen- tralism＂ is to uphold the party＇s leadership, adhere to the people and masses of the main position, adhere to thecombination of ＂democracy＂ and ＂concentration＂. Suffered the impact of the crisis of young people cognitive frag- mentation, appeal emotional, behavioral logic ＂list＂ in the field of caucus in Colleges and universities, Awards in directing and public opinion supervision, ＂democratic centralism＂, it is urgent to promote the path of new period college students ＂democratic centralism＂ mode conversion.
