摘  要:目的:对生殖营养胶囊的提取条件进行初步探索。方法:运用正交设计法,对回流提取法和超声提取法的提取条件进行优化,并对这两种方法进行比较。结果:采用回流提取法,较适宜的提取条件为提取时间1 h,料液比1∶16,提取溶剂为水。超声提取法适宜的提取条件是超声时间15 min,料液比1∶16,提取溶剂为水,超声次数为3次。在适宜的条件下,回流提取法的浸膏率(33.11%)远大于超声提取法的浸膏率(11.31%),因此回流提取法优于超声提取法。结论:回流提取法简单易操作、成本低,可作为制备生殖营养胶囊生产工艺的参考。Objective:The privary research in optimize extracting terms of nutrition capsule. Methods:By using the method of orthogonal design,we optimized extraction condition of refluxing extraction and sonic extraction, and also compared these two methods. Results:For the refluxing method,the suitable extracting time is 1 h, the material to liquid ratio is 1:16 and extraction solvent is water. For the sonic extraction wltrasonic time of 15 min,the material to liquid ratio is 1:16, ultrasonic frequency is three times. Under the obove conditions, the extract rate of reflux extraction(33.11% )is more higher than that of ultrasonic extraction method (11.31%). Therefore,refluxing extraction is superior to the ultrasonic extraction. Conclusion :The reflux extraction is easy to operate and its costs are low which can be used as the reference of produce the reproductive shengzhi Yingyang capsule.
