摘 要:采用Solid Works Simulation提供的二次开发接口,用VBA语言建立了轮毂轴承有限元参数化分析系统。对于难以掌握的Solid Works有限元内部插件simulation进行面向对象设计、后台封装和编程,实现了在Solid Works中对轮毂轴承进行有限元分析,并把结果导入Excel中进行分析。该方案使轴承的有限元设计简单易行,为将轮毂轴承的三维建模与有限元分析紧密结合进行了有效尝试。Using the two development interface provided by the Simulation SolidWorks and VBA language, we established the hub bearing finite element parametric analysis system. For the SolidWorks finite element internal plug-in simulation which is difficult to grasp, the object-oriented design, background packaging, and programming realized the finite element analysis in SolidWorks, and the results were derived into the Excel, the special parameters input interface, so that the bearing of the finite element design tends to be simple dimensional modeling and finite element analysis , which makes an effective attempt for the three- of hub bearing.
