摘　　要：新生儿溶血病(HDN)是一种由于母婴血型不合引起的胎儿或新生儿的免疫性溶血反应,本文从孕妇的产前免疫血清学检查和新生儿的溶血筛查两方面,详细介绍了临床上关于HDN的实验室检查项目及方法,希望能够在各级医院尤其是妇幼保健院普及孕妇的产前免疫血清学检查和具有确诊价值的新生儿溶血检查。Hemolytic disease of the newborn（HDN） is a fetal and neonatal autoimmune hemolytic reaction due to the maternal blood group incompatibility. This paper focuses on hemolysis prenatal screening of pregnant women and newborns serological examination and details of clinical laboratory examination items and methods of HDN, in order to popularize immune examinations of pregnant women prenatal and neonatal blood tests and newborn hemolytic inspection in different level hospital, especially in the women and children hospitals.
