摘　　要：[Objective] The aim was to investigate effects of bagging and bag-removing times on quality of applepear. [Method] The seven-year-old applepears were taken as materials to explore effects of bagging and bag-removing times on external and internal quality of applepear. [Result] Scientific timing of either bagging or bag removing will improve fruit quality, color expressed by anthocyanin pigments and coloring index, and reduce chlorophyll content, pericarp thickness and fruit dots. [Conclusion] It has determined that the scientific times of applepear bagging and bag removing are 55 d after peak flowering and 13 d prior to harvesting in Fuxin, Liaoning Province.[目的]探讨不同时间套袋、摘袋处理对苹果梨果实品质的影响。[方法]以7年生苹果梨为试验材料,研究不同时间套袋、摘袋对其果实外观品质和内在品质的影响。[结果]合理的套袋、摘袋时间可显著改善苹果梨果实外观品质,降低果皮叶绿素含量,改善花青苷显色背景,提高果实着色指数,提高果实果皮光洁度,减小果皮厚度、果点大小。[结论]辽宁省阜新地区苹果梨较为合理的套袋时间为盛花后55 d左右,较为合理的摘袋时间为采前13d左右。
