摘  要:This study aimed to explore artificial propagation techniques for Glyptosternum maculatum that is endemic in the Yarlung Zangbo River. Total 86 female fish in weight of 0.065-0.250 kg were selected, and the average weight of every 15 fish was 0.30 kg. Oxytocic drugs were injected into the base of pectoral fins of the female fish. The results showed that the total amount of female fish with artificial insemination was 59. The gloss weight of the fertilized eggs was 897.5 g with total amount of 57 440, thus the average fecundity was 1 194 eggs/fish. The fecundity showed a positive correlation with body weight (P〈0.01). The average induction ratio and fertilization rate were 69% and 73.5%, respectively. The optimum water temperature for hatching of the fertilized eggs was 13-14 ℃ with dissolved oxygen of 6.0- 7.2 mg/L. The accumulated temperature for embryonic development of G. maculatum ranged from 2 592 to 2 916℃·h. This set of completely artificial propagation techniques has a very important significance for the artificial breeding of G. maculatum.为了解决黑斑原鮡的人工繁殖技术,该文以雅鲁藏布江特有的黑斑原鮡为研究对象,选取86尾体重在0.065~0.25 kg的雌鱼,15尾平均体重在0.30 kg的雄鱼,雌鱼采用胸鳍注射的方式注射催产药物。结果显示,雌鱼人工授精尾数为59尾,受精卵总重量为897.5 g,总卵量为57 440粒,平均怀卵量为1 194粒,怀卵量与体重呈显著相关。平均催产率为69%,平均受精率为73.5%,黑斑原鮡受精卵孵化水温为13~14℃,溶氧量6.0~7.2 mg/L,胚胎发育所需积温范围为2 592~2 916℃·h。这一套全人工繁殖技术的成功,对黑斑原鮡的人工养殖具有重要的意义。
