养老护理服务的经济学分析

摘　　要：伴随着老龄化进程,养老护理服务已逐渐由完全家庭养老护理服务向社会养老护理服务过渡。基于贝克尔的家庭消费理论构建出养老护理服务的效用模型,从养老护理服务的价格、养老护理服务者的工资、父辈的收入等影响社会、家庭养老护理服务的因素着手,对社会养老护理服务与传统的家庭养老护理服务之间的替代性进行探讨,可得出社会养老护理服务会逐步替代传统的家庭养老护理服务,且社会养老护理服务受制于供给的结论。我国在未来社会养老护理服务的发展中可适当借鉴国外成熟经验,早日构建出符合我国国情的养老护理服务人才培养体系,以满足日益增加的社会养老护理服务需求。Along with the aging process, the nursing service has gradually transited from the complete family oldage care services to the social care service. Based on the Becker＇s household consumption theory, this paper has constructed the nursing service of the utility model, which proceed by the factors including nursing service price, aged care service wages, parents income, and so on. These factors influence society and family old-age care services seriously. Then, the substitution between social old-age care services and traditional family old-age care services is discussed. It is concluded that social care services will gradually replace the traditional home care services, and social pension care services are subject to the supply of the conclusion. Finally, this paper proposes that we can learn mature foreign experience on the development of the social old-age care services in the future, in which way we can build a training system according to our country national condition of aged care service as soon as possible to meet the growing social old-age care services demand.
