摘 要:目的构建一个科学、实用的住院患者糖尿病教育效果评价指标体系。方法在讨论和回顾大量文献的基础上确立备选指标,采用德尔菲法对16位专家进行两轮函询。结果两轮专家的积极性系数分别为0.800和0.875;权威系数分别为0.897和0.915。第2轮咨询一、二级指标协调系数分别为0.872和0.667,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。形成含有7个一级指标,24个二级指标的指标体系,从合理饮食、适当运动、口服降糖药、胰岛素治疗、并发症预防、解决问题等7个方面评价糖尿病教育的效果。结论该评价指标体系具有科学性和可靠性,可用于评价住院患者糖尿病教育的效果。Objective To build a scientific and practical indicator system that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of iupatient diabetes education. Methods Literature review and brain storm were used to estab- lish the draft of the outcome measurement system of inpatient diabetes education. The Delphi method was used to conduct a two-round consultation in 16 experts. Results In the first and second round of Delphi con- sultation, the index of expert activity was 0.800 and 0.875, and the expeWs authority coefficient was 0.897 and 0.915 respectively. In the second ,gound, the coordination coefficient of the primary and secondal7 level indicators was 0.872 and 0.667 respectively (P〈 0.05). The system comprised 24 indicators in 7 dimensions including healthy diet, appropriate exercise, oral antidiabetic drugs, insulin, prevention of complications and problem solving. Conclusions The reliability and authority of the indicator system are acceptable and it can be used In evaluate the effectiveness of inpatient diabetes education.
