不同饲养方式对太行鸡消化道发育的影响

摘　　要：为加强河北省地方优质鸡品种太行鸡的科学开发与利用,试验对放养与笼养条件下太行鸡活重、消化道的发育情况进行了测定分析。结果表明:与笼养公鸡相比,放养公鸡126日龄活重低29.14%(P<0.05);十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠各段长度分别增加17.61%、7.59%、16.62%、16.62%(P<0.05),重量分别增加89.36%、25.07%、53.37%、39.15%(P<0.05);十二指肠绒毛长度、绒毛长度与隐窝深度比(V/C)值分别增加95.56%、38.35%(P<0.05);无论是放养还是笼养,相同饲养方式下除活重与回肠重量呈负相关外,活重与消化道长度与重量均呈正相关,且多数呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。To strengthen the scientific development and utilization of Taihang chickens as the high - quality local chicken breeds of Hebei province, the live weight and development of the digestive tract in Taihang chickens were determined .and analyzed under the conditions of free -range and cage rearing in the test. The results showed that the live weight of free -range roosters at 126 days of age was lowered by 29.14 % （P 〈 0.05 ） compared with cage -rearing roosters; the lengths of each segment of duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum were increased by 17.61% ,7.59 %, 16.62 % and 16.62 % （P 〈 0.05）, and their weight was increased by 89.36 %, 25.07 %, 53.37 % and 39.15 % （P 〈 0.05 ）, respectively; the duodenum villus length, ratio of villus length and crypt depth ratio （V/C） was increased by 95.56% and 38.35 % （P 〈 0.05 ）, respectively. The results indicate that whether it is free - cage or cage rearing, the live weight is positively correlated with the length and weight of digestive tract except that the live weight is negatively correlated with ileum weight under same feeding ways, and most are significantly or extremely significantly positive correlation （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）.
