摘  要:为了研究原多甲藻酸(AZA1)的毒理作用,试验以Hep-G2细胞为作用对象,采用CCK-8细胞增殖-毒性检测试剂盒测定吸光度值,对不同浓度原多甲藻酸的毒理作用进行测定。结果表明:当原多甲藻酸浓度达到40 nmol/L时,对细胞毒理作用显现;当浓度达到60 nmol/L时,对细胞毒理作用显著。说明双壳贝类中一定量的原多甲藻酸会对人类健康产生影响。To study the toxicological effect of azaspiracid - 1 ( AZA1 ), Hep - G2 cells were used as action objects in the test. The toxicological effects of different AZA1 concentrations on Hep - G2 ceils were determined by CCK - 8 cell proliferation and cytotoxity detection Kit for measur- ing absorbance values. The results showed that AZA1 had an obvious toxicological effect on Hep - G2 cells when its concentration reached 40 nmoL/L, while AZA1 had a significant toxicological effect on Hep - G2 cells when its concentration reached 60 nmol/L. The result indicates that a certain amount of AZA1 in bivalves will affect mankind health.
