摘　　要：为了研究成纤维细胞生长因子(Fibroblast growth factors,FGF)家族各因子对毛囊生长的影响,试验就FGF家族在毛囊中表达量较多的几个因子进行总结,并充分了解这几个因子在毛囊发育周期的功能与表达。结果表明:FGF18成为治疗脱发的新靶点,FGF7,10,22对于损伤皮肤修复具有重要影响,同时FGF10已经成为治疗伤口的药物。中国成为世界上唯一一个将FGF10药物用于临床应用的国家。To study the effects of different factors in fibroblast growth factor( EGF) family on the growth of the hair follicles,several factors in FGF family with higher expression levels in the hair follicles were summarized,so as to fully understand the function and expression of these factors in the development cycle of hair follicles. The results showed that FGF18 become a new target for treatment of alopecia. FGF 7,10,and22 had important influences on the repair of damaged skin,and FGF10 has become a drug for treating wounds simultaneously. China becomes the only country in the world to use FGF10 drug for clinical application.
